Padiyoor Village Office is located at Puthen Parambu in Padiyoor. The Padiyoor Village Office is located on an area of ​​0.0440 ha, about 10 km from Iritty Taluk Office on the Iritty - Taliparamba State Highway.The total area of ​​Padiyoor village is 2531.5734 ha. Village is divided into 3 parts namely Padiyoor, Kuyiloor and Perumannu and 4 blocks namely Perumannu (207), Kuyiloor (208) and Padiyoor (211). Part of the bridge over the Valapattanam River, named after the hero Pazhassi Raja, nicknamed the Lion of Kerala, is located at Kuyiloor in Padiyoor village.

As of 2011 India census, Padiyoor village had total population of 12,144 where 5,936 are males and 6,178 are females. Padiyoor village spreads over 25.44 km2 area with 2,758 families residing in it. Padiyoor had overall literacy of 93.4% where male literacy stands at 96.7% and female literacy was 90.8%
