Kinanoor Village Office in Kasaragod District of Kerala State founded in 1956 and situated in Kinanur Karinthalam Panchayath.The boundaries are East - Karinthalam Village,West - Perol and Madikai Villages of Hosdurg Taluk,South - Tejaswini river,North - Thayannur,Madikai and Parappa Villages.

Total population is 9728 includes male population of 4691 and female population of 5037 as per Census 2011.
Geography
Most of the area is Midland Laterite Rocky area, fertiled agriculture land and also small hill tract area eastern portion of village.
Socio-Economic
Most of the people are agriculturalist and agricultural labours .They engaged in cultivation of rubber,coconut , arecanut and cashew nut crops includes tribe class of Malevettua and Mavilans.
