Thrikkadavoor is a village located in Kollam Taluk of Kollam District in Kerala State. . It is approximately 5 kilometers north of Kollam city. Thrikkadavoor is now home to educational institutions, five star hotel and local business establishments. Thrikkadavoor was a separate panchayath till 2015. In May 2015, Government of kerala have decided to expand City Corporation of Kollam by merging Thrikkadavoor Panchayath. Now it is a part of Kollam Corporation.The size of the area is about 14.85 square kilometer
