Annakara Village is located in the Mullassery block of Chavakkad taluk, Thrissur district in the Indian state of Kerala. It belongs to Central Kerala Division . It is located 15 KM towards west from District head quarters Thrissur.

The place is really beautiful with lots of vegetation like paddy field, coconut, banana farms etc Also a quarry which has stooped working years ago; but remains beautifully with a large area of water surrounded by coconut trees and other shrubs. occasional film shoots occurs in such areas; films like mahayanam,kadha etc. have different locations of peruvallur in their frames
