Kundazhiyur Village is located in the Mullassery block of Chavakkad taluk, Thrissur district in the Indian state of Kerala. It belongs to Central Kerala Division . It is located 14 KM towards west from District head quarters Thrissur.286 KM from State capital Thiruvananthapuram.

Kundazhiyur is a large village located in Chavakkad Taluk of Thrissur district, Kerala with total 2338 families residing. The Kundazhiyur village has population of 10583 of which 4742 are males while 5841 are females as per Population Census 2011. In Kundazhiyur village population of children with age 0-6 is 1308 which makes up 12.36 % of total population of village. The total geographical area of village is 650 hectares.The village is bounded on the east by venkitangu, on the west by Kanolikanal, on the south by Enamavu river and on the north by Venmenad and Mullassery village
