The Nadama Thekkumbhagam Village Office was officially inaugurated on Saturday, August 15, 1981 at 5.30 pm by the then Minister of State for Home Affairs, Mr. PC Chacko, chaired by the then Minister of State for Home Affairs, Mr. TK Ramakrishnan. Resurvey implemented in Thekkumbhagam village on 1.10. 2016. The famous RLV College of Fine Arts and Culture and Govt. College are situated in Thekkumbhagam village.
