The Village is hilly tract with rocky area. The Thekkil Aletty State Highway is passing west to east through the village. Kunamkuzhy Moonamkadav Road is a main Road passing through Bedadka Village.

As per the census 2011 the The Bedadka Village has 2985 Houses and population of 13476. The literacy is 86.69%.

Geography

The village is situated in between Kudumboor River in South and and Payaswini River in North. The Kolathur Village is at the West side and Munnad in East.

Socio-Economic

The people of the village is depends upon ariculture activity and main source of income is from agriculture and agriculture labour. The Kundamkuzhy Government Higher Secondary School in one of the prominent schol in Kasaragod Taluk.

The village has Rubber palantations, cashew plantations, Rocky lands and large agriculture gardens.

The Moolothumkal Adkath Bhagawathi Temple is historical one and a pond near to Bhagawathi temple is habitat to the Turtles and is famous as AAMAKKULAM.
