Kunjathur Group Village Office consist of two Villages. Namely, Kunjathur and Udyawar Village. The Village office building is situated near Mada of Udyawar Village. Wetsern side of this group village is Arabian Sea.

Northern most village of the Kerala State sharing border with Karnataka State. This group village shares boundaries with Pavoor, Badaje and Hosabettu Villages. Manjeshwar Railway Station partly situated in Kunjathur Group Village.

Agriculture , fishing and trade are the main occupation of the people.

Some parts of the village are hill area and some are plains. Kunjathur and Udywar villages have coastal area.
Tourism
Kanwatheertha Beach and Manjeshwar Beach are the two attractive beaches of this group village. Mahalingeshwara Temple and Kanwatheertha Temple are the oldest Temples.
