Peruvallur is in Tirurangadi Taluk, Malappuram district in the state of Kerala, India.The village office is located just opposite to CHC Parambilpeedika, which is 4 KM away from Padikkal angadi. Padikkal angadi is accessible from padikkal, which is on NH 66 (Calicut-Thrissur NH). Peruvallur has many agricultural fields and about 35 pure water ponds. Calicut International Airport is near to Peruvallur, and Kondotty, Chemmad and Chelari are the nearest towns. The total village area is 1898 Hectare. It share its boundaries with Pallikkal and Tenhippalam villages in north, Moonniyur and Tenhippalam villages in west, kannamangalam and Pallikkal villages in east and AR Nagar village in south.

Peruvallur has a population of 30,624 with 15,005 males and 15,619 females. Muslims are the majority followed by Hindus and Christians.

A good portion of the village is paddy fields and it has a number of wells. The average altitude of the village from sea level is 10 meter.
