Keerikkad Village Office is situated at the western part of NH 66. It includes both Panchayath and Municipal areas. Panchayath area is under Pathiyoor Grama Panchayath and Municipal area is under Kayamkulam Municipality. In this Village, most of the people are literate cultural and educational. Most of them belongs to middle income group.
Geography
Most of the land area in this Village is dry land, Paddy Cultivation is comparatively very low. Most of the people depends on Coconut Cultivation and Small Scale Business for their lively hood. Geographically this area is not a flood affected area. There is no major rivers passing through this Village.
