Thirunelli Temple is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Maha Vishnu on the side of Brahmagiri hill in Kerala, near the border with Karnataka state.

Tholpetty Wildlife Sanctuary, Wayanad Located 20 kms east of Mananthavady in the district of Wayanad, is the scenic Tholpetty Wildlife Sanctuary. Rich in wide variety of flora and fauna, Tholpetty sanctuary has been a favorite spot of domestic and international tourists. Though the visitors are restricted to the outer zone, a jeep safari will be a brilliant opportunity to enjoy the dense forests and the stunning surrounding scenery. Visitors often see elephant herd, sambar deer, bison, bear, Malabar squirrel and occasionally tigers and panthers. The lake that passes through the sanctuary is another interesting spot to see wildlife as animals come there in search of water.
Thirunelly village is established as per govt GO (Ms) 468/82/RD dt. 17.04.1982. Village Office shifted to its own building and started function on 18th Oct 1986. Village Office inaugurated by Sri. K Ragavan Master MLA in the presence of Sri. T Raveendran Thambi IAS District collector Wayanad
