Vellathooval village office

Vellathooval is a village in Devikulam taluk, Idukki district in the Indian state of Kerala. The people here are KSEB. Immigrants from the nearby district in connection with the construction of the Chenkulam and Panniyar powerhouses. This village was formed by dividing the old Pallivasal village.
