Vellur is a village in Payyannur Taluk, comprising of 16 wards of Payyannur Municipality.The area of ​​the village is 1479.1914 hectares. The village has 4 BLOCKS viz., Vellur, Kandoth, Annoor and Karamel.Vellur Village covers about half of the city of Payyanur.
