Adoor village office is situated at Adoor,nearby Revenue Tower and Revenue Divisional Office.This office is just 500 m away from Adoor KSRTC bus stand and 18 km away from District Headquarters.Adoor village is the Kasbah village of Adoor Taluk. This is the native place of famous cine artists Smt.Adoor Bhavani (Late) and Smt. Adoor Pankajam (late). Former Revenue minister Sri. Adoor Prakash (M P) is a native of this village and present Deputy Speaker of Kerala Legislative Assembly, Sri.Chittayam Gopakumar resides in this village.
