Valakom Village Office (EKM)

Earlier Valakom Village was merged in Mulavoor Village and was situated in Kottayam District, before the formation of the Kerala state on First November1957. From 1/11/1957 onwards Mulavoor Village was bifurcated forming Valakom Village based on the population and geography. The Village office during the earlier periods functioned in a rented building. Later, Aynippalli Illam had gifted 3.03 ares of land to the revenue department for constructing own office building for valakom Village office. The existing building was completed in the year 1987 and started functioning as Village office on First January 1987. At present village office building has been renovated and has all the facilities for smooth functioning.
