Keezhariyur is a place of great hitorical significance.The Keezhariyur Bomb Case is an event in the history of the Indian freedom struggle, written in golden letters.Village office is situated in the heart of keezhariyur town. Now village office is working in new building.The new village office building was inaugurated by Honorable Chief Minister of kerala Sri. Pinarayi Vijayan on 4 th November 2020.

Keezhariyur is a place of great historical significance.The keezhariyur bomb case is an event in the history of the Indian freedom struggle, written in golden letters.There were 32 accused in the case, including the first accused Dr.K.B.Menon.The keezhariyur Bombe Case Memorial is located near the Naduvathur.U.P.School on the side of kollam-Meppayyur road.The construction of Keezhariyur Bomb Case Memorial Building is in progress.
