Paduvilayi village office

Paduvilayi village was formed in the year 1954 and is situated on the banks of the river Anjarakandi. References to Paduvilayi can be found in William Logans Malabar Manual. The village covers an area of ​​3737.37 acres and consists of 13 lands viz. Until 1985, the office was housed in a private building and later in a government building at Mundametta on 5 cents of land donated by a private individual. The building was renovated in 2020 after falling into disrepair and was included in the 100-day program and inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan on November 4 of the same year.
