Kuttoor village office

Kuttoor village office is situted about 3.5 metres away from Thiruvalla Town.Office now functioning in the Library Building of Kuttoor Grama Panchayath Office.Earlier, Kuttoor Village Office operated from Arattukadavu jn. It was later relocated to Kuttoor Grama Panchayat Building since KSTP took over the old plot following the widening MC Road.
