Koodaranhi village office

Koodaranji village was established on 08/11/1985 and located in the south east side of Thamarassery Taluk of Kozhikode district, which was formed by dividing Thiruvambady village of koodaranhi desam and has an area of 15569.01 acres of land. This village is the second largest village in Thamarassery Taluk and lion part of the land consists in unsurveyed. North and east sides of this village includes scenic hills and mountains of Western Ghats. The village office building was constructed in the property donated by Koodaranhi church. The building was inaugurated on 1986 by the Hon’ble Minister of Revenue Sri. P. J. Joseph. This village consists of a population of 19970 out of which male 10048 and female 9922. After 31 years of operation in the former building, on 23/10/2017, a new building for village office is constructed near to the former building and it was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Minister of Revenue Sri. E. Chandrasekharan.
