Kalkoonthal village office

Kalkoonthal is a Village in udumbanchola taluk formed in 1956 as a result of bifurcation from Udumbanchola Village. It is known as the land of migratory farmers, most of whom have migrated from Central Travancore areas like Kottayam, Palai, Kothamangalam and Muvattupuzha in search of better agricultural land in the 1960s to 1980s period. It is located near Mini Civil Station Nedumkandam.
