Triprangottur village office

Triprangottur village is one of the largest villages in Thalassery taluk. In 1857, during the change of government from the British East India Company to the British Queen, the first Revenue Concert was started at Poyilur under the Kottayam Tukkidi in the Malabar District of the State of Madras. Thriprangottur Village came into existence in 1962 as one of the village reorganizations which was divided into Poilur and Thriprangottur in the first period. The old building at Thendaparambu was demolished and a new building was inaugurated on 2019.
