Aralam Wildlife Sanctuary

Aralam Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the northern part of Kerala, in the Kannur District of Kerala, spread over an area of ​​5500 ha. The area is rich in evergreen forests, wet deciduous forests, chola forests and grasslands. Elephants, wild buffaloes, various species of deer, mountain goats, monkeys of different species and hornbills can be seen in the area. Aralam is also famous for the migration of butterflies.
